TANGERANG, INDONESIA, 19 SEPTEMBER 2017 – The largest country and SuperMoto community in Southeast Asia can rejoice with a pre-race festival this Saturday, 23 September 2017, at Qbig BSD City, Tangerang, Indonesia, from 10:00AM – 9:00PM (+8:00GMT). Building up to the race on 14 and 15 October 2017, Indonesia will celebrate its hosting with a full-fledge festival as part of Asia Supersports Group’s outreach to the community.

Activities lined-up include trial bike and stunt show by Australia’s Kristie Mckinnon, Jack Field and opening round champion, United Kingdom’s Lewis Cornish. Visitors can also participate in a community fun race, meet and greet session with riders, slide clinic and ride safety clinic conducted by international riders. With all the adrenaline building up to the race in mid-October, the Bold Xperience Road to 2017 FIM Asia SuperMoto Championship pre-race experience will end with a performance by one of Indonesia’s renowned female DJ, DJ Freya.

“We are committed to engaging with every host country’s community. The engagement process differs and will be tailored based on each country’s interest and requirement. As for the Bold Xperience Road to 2017 FIM Asia SuperMoto Championship, we have worked closely with E-Plus Indonesia and KRACKER Motor Indonesia to ensure that local contents are produced specifically for Indonesia’s community. The 2017 FIM Asia SuperMoto Championship second round will commence at Manahan Stadium, Central Java, Indonesia on 14 and 15 October 2017, while the grand finale will be held on 16 and 17 December 2017 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
