In Bangkok it is not that hard to find tyres for a bike, even for a Yamaha Road Star. But still I would like to give my personal advice, a set of Pirelli MT66 would look great on your bike and they give excellent riding condition.... Pirelli has now also the Night Dragon (this is very new tyre, and I have no experience with it)
The important question is, where can I buy them...
I WANT TO BUY - TYRE 240/40-15 - TO MODIFIY MY BIKE INTO CRUISER - WIDE TYRE BIKE
PLS. SUGGEST WHERE I CAN BUY IN BANGKOK - PLS. PROVIDE ME ADDRESS AND PHONE NO.
- OR IF YOU CAN SUGGEST ME - WHETHER MY BIKE KAWASKI ELIMINATOR - CAN PULL THIS MUCH SIZE HEAVY TYRE AND RIM WEIGHT -
MY BIKE SPECIFICATION - 180CC - SINGLE CYLINDER - AIR COOLED.
RIGHT NOW i M DRIVING IT WITH REAR TYRE - 170/80 - 15
Many small-size cruiser owners recommend Metzeler tires, I would suggest you go down to Ratchadapisek Road in Bangkok and visit Paddock (the official Metzeler dealer in Bangkok). If anybody knows something about tires for small cruisers it would probably be them...
I have no experience with a Kawasaki Eliminator so cannot tell much about it, sorry for that...
