We do not believe that Kawasaki ever made a English version of the Kawasaki KSR110 owner's manual. We asked Kawasaki Thailand once about an English owner's manual for the KSR110 and they advised us to use the Kawasaki KLX110 owner's manual.
The English Kawasaki KLX110 owner's manual can be downloaded here:
What you posted is KLX manual, which is completely different motorbike. KSR is road bike, KLX is dirt bike... .
Yes we know that the Kawasaki KLX110 is not a Kawasaki KSR110. But the Kawasaki KLX110 uses the same engine as the Kawasaki KSR110 and therefore it's useful for KSR110 owners.
Most owners of a Kawasaki KSR110 would be interested in the maintenance and adjustment of the engine, and the troubleshooting guide which is included in the Kawasaki KLX110 owners manual.
Sure it's possible that the tire pressure is different for a KLX110 compared to the KSR110, but for tire pressure now-a-days most motorcycle manufacturers say that it's best to follow the pressure guidelines printed on the tires themselves.
