It is a killer, do not use it because the exhaust protection is extremely sharp it cuts people like a knife. Recall needed here by manufacture.

I not believe Honda will recall the Honda Airblade-i for something as simple as this, if it is really a problem why you not try to take the 'sharpness' away with a sheet of sandpaper?

Anybody else has this problem, I have currently no Airblade in the garage to verify.
