Motorcycle Raining-Season Kits

Motorcycle PartsThe Songkran festival, or Thai water festival, (13 to 15 April) is quickly approaching and some of us will not make it home dry, but the odds are it'll get even more wet and windy over the coming months as the raining season sets in, so it's certainly time to think about some better protection for those wet rides home.

Oversuits are a brilliant, and relatively cheap, solution for the raining season and those horrible humid deluges, excellent if you don't want to be wet to the bones. Alternatively, the textile market has exploded in recent years with a host of stylish and versatile jacket and pant combos which can easily be packed in a rucksack.

There is nothing worse that waterproof motorcycle kit that actually isn't – so make sure you buy wisely, and make sure that the seller knows what you want. Actually I believe that there is something worse... Do check you helmet, really water in you helmet is even worse than the worst thing.

Some advice for what you want to see in the product you going to buy; 100% waterproof, windproof or wind-resistant, breathable, good quality zipper YKK because to my experience the zipper is the first to fail. Also not forget to take a look at your bike boots, wet feet can distract you...
